OUR JOURNEY
[1986 – 1990]
Mariam Trading Company, a family-owned business established in 1986, launched its first branch in Jeddah’s Al Faisaliyah District, marking the start of a legacy defined by trust and innovation in the Saudi construction market.
[1991 – 1995]
From its early days, Mariam Trading Company forged strong partnerships with leading contractors and local and international suppliers, successfully securing major projects across Saudi Arabia, including the Islamic Development Bank and the Haram Expansion project in Makkah and Madinah.
[1996 – 1999]
By the late 1990s, Mariam Trading Company had expanded its presence across Saudi Arabia, opening branches in Riyadh and Dammam to support the country’s rapidly growing construction industry.
[2020 – 2021]
As the construction sector flourished in Saudi, Mariam Trading Company grew alongside it—capturing a commanding 70% market share by 2020 and establishing itself as a trusted nationwide supplier of HVAC accessories and spare parts.
[2022 – 2024]
In 2022, Mariam Trading Company entered a new era of transformation under the leadership of the next generation, with a focus on innovation, operational efficiency, and aligning the company’s growth with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
